Cliffrose
Our original property, located in Springdale, Utah, just a short drive from the entrance to Zion National Park, is called Cliffrose. This beautiful boutique hotel is situated on the Virgin River, with stunning views of Zion’s red rock cliffs in the distance. It features 5 acres of botanical gardens and open, grassy areas where guests may spot wildlife like deer, raccoons, and hummingbirds.
Guests of Cliffrose rave about the stunning views, quiet spaces to relax around the lodge’s property, and the friendly staff. One guest had this to say about their stay,
“Relaxing location right on Virgin River, walking distance to the market and Zion Park. You can’t get any better than this location for food, adventure and peace. The check-in was so welcoming, the gentleman was overly nice and we saw him at all hours of the day the entire trip. Not sure he ever slept, and he was always busy making sure the hotel was in tip-top shape. Our room was suite 123, right on river with a huge patio with chairs and a sofa. They provided fire wood and grills were randomly placed on the grounds. You could go with wood or propane grilling. All of this in the shadow of Zion! Very nice pools and hot tub, and good restaurant. We had dinner the first night overlooking the pool, and service was very good – I had the salmon & loved it! Small but decent wine selection. Comfortable beds and well-equipped bathroom with separate tub and shower. The room was a little dated, but who cares when everything else is rocking!”
The Dwellings

“Brilliant experience from start to finish. We stayed in cabin 18 and the views were spectacular! The way the cabin in laid out you can have all the windows open to enjoy the view but feel completely private. They make check in effortless and the location is brilliant and only a 30 min drive to Zion. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you!”
Sointula Lodge
While many of Vibrant Management’s properties are located in Southern Utah, there’s one destination that’s truly unique. Sointula Lodge is a luxury fishing lodge, located in remote British Columbia. The Lodge offers four- and five-day guided fishing excursions and wilderness tours, set in one of the world’s most stunning landscapes.

“While fishing is the reason you go – the people, food, lodge and attention to detail are the reason you hate to leave. What an amazing trip! They are on their game – great guides, boats, gear – I can’t say enough about the fun we had fishing, seeing whales, watching eagles catch fish right by our boat. I would go back tomorrow. But your day is only half over when you get back from fishing – great deck time, cocktails, a massage…and the food is over the top good! Evening campfire was a great way to unwind. Great trip and memories with my son and good friends! 5 Stars!”
Cougar Ridge
Vibrant Management manages another beautiful Lodge, only located hundreds of miles to the south of Sointula Lodge. Located in Torrey, Utah, Cougar Ridge is a working ranch and vacation destination that features both private Villas and a Lodge available to rent for large groups, family reunions, and more. The property is packed with on-site activities, like a bowling alley and game room available to Lodge guests, as well as hot tubs, sand volleyball, and more. The property is also just a short drive from Capitol Reef National Park.
Guests of Cougar Ridge enjoy the many amenities as well as the beautiful views. One guest had this to say about their stay in one of the private Villas,
“We had a terrific visit to Capitol Reef and Escalante National Parks and Cougar Ridge was a wonderful place to stay. The casita was large and beautifully appointed with high end appliances and comfortable beds and furniture. Close to Capitol Reef and the “town center” of Torrey, convenient to the general store, coffee shop and restaurants. The view of the Red Rocks is another highlight. Though a boxed breakfast is delivered in morning, services are limited (for example we had no access to the lodge or exercise room because it was rented by other guests). This provides more of a private experience than a traditional hotel would. The staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful if asked. We did a private stargazing tour on property with Sleeping Rainbow Adventures, a real highlight. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. They seem to be in the process of an expansion, and would keep an eye on this as an upcoming luxury resort in a beautiful area of the country.”
Watchman Villas
Looking for the perfect basecamp for your family’s next visit to Zion National Park? Watchman Villas is a vacation rental property with private one- and two-bedroom villas. “Such a beautiful place! We booked The Watchman Villas in Springdale for New Years weekend and had such a great experience. The check in and check out process was flawless. The place itself was beautiful, we each had our own room and bathroom as well as a full kitchen and a full patio overlooking Zion, all to ourselves.
Everything was clean and the villas had everything we needed. Each villa had its own parking spot right in front. They also have the Springdale Visitor Center and Feellove Coffee right below, which was super convenient! Not to mention that it was just walkable distance from pretty much everything in Springdale and only about 2 minutes to the entrance of Zion.
We had a great time. I would definitely recommend staying at the Watchman Villas next time you’re visiting Zion”
